WW2 Pair of 1937-pattern Webbing Utility Straps Dated 1942.

Pair of khaki webbing utility straps, each 73 cms long with brass buckles and tips. One strap is stamped 'MW.& S.Ltd 1942 ↑' indicating manufacture by Martin Wright & Sons Ltd of Quorn Village in Leicestershire. This company made all sorts of equipment for the forces during the war, including for the US forces stationed in UK.

Very nice matched pair of dress epaulettes (c1880) for an army Hauptmann (Captain) of a Feuerwerke unit. Black velvet top with a brass 'F' and two brass pips with a brass crescent surround indicating the rank of Hauptmann. Silver braid surround to the upper part of the straps incorporates a fine pale-blue stripe. The epaulettes are backed in red wool and one retains its original indiscernible...  read more

Third Reich : Wehrmacht ? Short-pattern Carbine-blade Dress Bayonet with Scabbard and Dutch Manufactured Orange/Tan Leather Frog.

Dress bayonet with 20cms carbine-type blade with double-edged tip. Unfortunately about 5mm of the tip is missing. There is some staining to the tip but in the main the finish on the blade is bright and clean. The original leather washer is in place. The ricasso is stamped with the manufacturer's logo of Jung Siegfried wielding a hammer above 'P.O.& Co ' for Pack Ohliger & Co. of Solingen. The ...  read more
