HMS Bossington was a Ton-class minesweeper (M1133) commissioned in 1958 and operational for a total of 26 years. She was finally paid off in 1987 and scrapped two years later.  read more

France : Model 1874 Gras Bayonet with Scabbard.

An exceptionally good, clean example with all original finish to the scabbard intact, no dents or damage anywhere and with an excellent blade. No matching numbers between scabbard and bayonet. This one would still be hard to upgrade.
The back of the blade is engraved in script as usual with the makers details and date - "Mre d'Armes de Tulle, Fevrier 1877"
