France : WW1 Lebel M1886 / 16 Epee Bayonet Complete with Scabbard and Frog.

A good condition, original WW1 French 1886/16 Lebel Bayonet with undamaged alloy hilt and smooth working spring-catch. The bayonet has no pitting or rust, only minor age staining to the perfectly straight cruciform blade. The steel scabbard is in good condition with minor age wear and staining only to the original blued finish. Tjhe bayonet is complete with its scarce brown leather frog in very good condition with all original stitching and rivets, commensurate with the bayonet. Overall a decent honest bayonet.
